Some "before and after" face pics
Here's a couple of my favorite pics since hitting my ideal goal weight last August. These are from Valentine's Day of this year. Thanks to Jan (jannyanne) for help with the black and white one. :)

LOL, you mean of all the pics I've sent you, you don't have that one? Are you sure? LOL. Now all I need are those sunglasses you have in your wedding pic. :)

Hi Amy, You really look GREAT!! I am just beginning my journey on NS (4 whole days now) and was just wondering - what kind of work outs did you do? I have been fighting weight since my daughter was born and nothing seemed to work. I hope this works for me as well as it did for you. :-)
Thanks
Hi buttercupgirl,
I try to get in about 60-90 min per day, 6 days per week. I do a combination of cardio workouts and light weight-lifting. Good luck to you.

Hi Amy - I know I asked you about exercise before, but since you said here you do 60-90 min/day, 6 days a week, what is your total caloric intake daily for working out that hard? Thanks! :) (I'm talking your maintenance, obviously). I just love your website, thanks so much for all the help you've given all us "newbies!" - Take care!
Hi Barb, I switch things up from time to time. Right now I do about 60 min/6 days per week. When I was doing 90 min, that was including weights in that. Now I do about 50-60 min cardio every other day, and then on the alternating days I do about 25-30 min weights and 30 min cardio. When I am in "losing mode" I stay at 1200 cal/day, even with the exercise. I don't burn enough in under an hour to get hungry, and if I burn about 500-600 cal per day, then I can lose and extra lb per week. It's hard to say the cals I take in when I'm maintaining as I tend to stay at 1200 cals some days, and then other days go completely off-plan for a huge meal or cheat. LOL.

Hi Amy, Thanks so much for your answer. I appreciate all the support and tips! I have new pics on my profile if you'd like to check it out (Calsgal on NS site!)
Thanks again!
