I did about 60 min of cardio/ 6 days per week. Usually a recumbent bike, running, or Tae-Bo. I also lifted weights every other day. Now I do a little weight lifing each day and about 60 min of cardio/ 6 days per week.
Okay, seriously, you look way hot! I have been on NS since Jan 20 of this year, and have only lost 7.5 lbs, and am actually up 1.5 currently. Your build in your before pics is exactly what I look like-exactly! I cannot believe how incredibly amazing your bod is! (I promise I'm not hitting on you-I am a married woman w/ two children :) ) My best friend lives in CoSpgs. I would love to get together with you sometime and talk NS. Great job losing all that weight-and toning your body as well! Wow...
