Weight loss journey complete!

Hey guys!

So I reached my ultimate goal weight of 120 lbs today! It's been a long haul and took me 3 whole weeks to lose this last lb, but it finally budged. I couldn't be happier. Thanks to NS and to all of you on the support boards. I couldn't have done it without you! I look forward to cheering you all on to your weight loss goals and beyond. Thanks for being such a big part of my life these last few months.

    I am new to ns and you are totally amazing. I have triplets -8 years old. How much did you exercise while loosing your weight? What types of exercise? YOu are definately an inspiration.

  11. Hi Karla, thank you for the compliment! I've done a lot of different exercises during the last year and a half or more, but mainly while losing I just always tried to get in about 60 min/day, 6 days/week of some sort of good cardio workout. I used some aerobics tapes, Tae-Bo tapes, recumbent biking, running, etc, but anything that gets your heart rate up and that you enjoy enough to keep doing will work. I also added in some weight training every other day after a few months of loss. It helped tone everything up. Of course it's always good to work the trouble spots too (like crunches for your abs, leg lifts for your thighs, etc). Hope that helps! Thanks again.

    Congratulations! You look great and it's nice to see someone doing it right...i.e. not starving themselves.

    My sister and I both went on NS about a year ago and had great success. She ended up ordering another month of food, but didn't end up doing it because she was happy with her weight.

    Anyhoo...she gave me her food and I'm I'm going back on it with my husband.

    Both of us have lost our books that outlines what all to eat.

    Do you have the outline of the NS plan that you could post or send me? I need the one for a woman and a man.
