Amy, you definitely have the body for the bikini! ( looked like both suits were blue on my PC screen, thus the differentiation). Don't you even go close to the tankini's or one piece's again!
CONGRATS on meeting and exceeding your goal. You're an inspiration to me. Thank you for all the support you always post to others, too. You're beautiful inside and out. ~LAT~
Amy- I too often check out your site each time I need a boost to keep going. My big question is, I think I read that you "run" -- how far and how long did it take you to begin and be able to run etc.... any running info would be helpful, it is something I really want to do!
I run 5 miles/day now. I started running a couple of years ago 1 mile and over time have worked up to 2 miles, 3 miles, etc. I just increased my distance when my body felt capable of doing so. Just start running what you can and walk when needed to complete a mile or whatever distance you wish to start with. Good luck! :)
Felt the need to send you a pat on the back. I to have tried NS, but for me it was only about a months worth until I felt I needed to start on my own. I started NS on 1-12-07 and started on my own on 2-9-07 due to a trip out of state and inventory of NS food getting low. In that 30 day time span I lost 7-8 pounds. I started at 135 and now am 128. I am also 5'4" tall. I copied some of your recipes to use on my own. My co-workers and I have set up at percentage chart in excel to help calculate the alloted amounts of calories, fats, proteins and carbs on a daily basis. Calorieking.com has me at around 1800 calories/day. So far, I've felt nourished and satisfied and I haven't gained any weight back. I planning on starting a workout regiman 3 days week. So far I've been walking about 1.5 miles on Sundays. Thanks for taking the time to inspire others!!
I vote BLUE and Hooray for you!!! ;)
